I have just done two 3min runs!!! Oh and a couple of 90sec ones too. This is me, unfit and non sporty. It was a big jump from 90 secs but I kept it to a steady trot and i did it!! I can't thank Sanjeev Enough for his tips and encouragement and thank you Couch to 5k guys π
