If anyone saw a slightly overweight, middle aged woman dripping in sweat with a purple face doing a happy dance in their local park this morning that was me. I did it - couch to 5K completed! I'm over the moon and so proud of myself I could actually cry. Thank you for the kind supportive words of those who have commented on my posts, it has helped spur me on. This isn't the end though, I hope to keep running and keep improving. I'm meeting some friends for our first cuppa since lockdown later today and I'm going to have the biggest slice of cake to celebrate π€©
