Well done! The first steps are the hardest. For some reason I have found this programme impossible not to follow! It's the structure, the app also, that takes over your music to tell you what to do. It's great and you won't regret! Good luck!

Well done for doing your first run, you are on the journey now, I hope you get as much benefit from the programme as I have and continue to get, when the going gets tough remind yourself of why you started and what you want to achieve, that should be all the motivation you need
Keep going with it, I've done week 3 day 1 today and I am enjoying it I might start with the grumpy face but always finish with a smile π
