Done it. 👍🏻 Back to my familiar home route, and boy was it humid? Still, I’m mighty relieved that it was a far more comfortable 28 minutes than R2 on Wednesday, and I really enjoyed it. 😀 Still ended up like a 🍅, but I guess that’s just me!

My breathing isn’t always totally rhythmical, but it doesn’t bother me (it did during R2, but that run was gremlin-filled). I’m sure I could move up a pace to express snail, but I’m going to save that until after I’ve graduated (can’t believe it’s so close now!)

I’m personally going to see how long it takes me to eventually reach 5k in 30 minutes (I foresee a loooong time at my 🐌🐌 pace), and then try the 10k one - but crikey that sounds scary to me! 😮
