Planned to finish yesterday morning but had a niggle in my right knee so had an extra rest day. I was naughty, ran slightly over the 30 minutes all 3 times to complete 5k, it probably contributed. But I did it!!! I'm 57 at the end of this month and my plan was to do it before then, it means quite a bit to this auld couch tattie
The plan now is to rest and get my knee pain free before starting again, thinking about sticking to 30 minute runs for a few weeks to take the pressure off finishing and wallow in this self satisfaction haha.

Hope you get well soon. I'm out of action after hurting my knee, glad it happened at the end and not a couple of weeks ago to be honest. When I start back I'll have to take it easy with shorter runs to begin with. I'm having running withdrawal symptoms already!
I'm back on track and hope you are soon too. Running withdrawal symptoms shows you've become a proper runner! Well done!
