Have now completed couch to 5K. Did my last run yesterday morning and it was tough in the heat but I did it. Very proud to say that I am now a runner. It took me eleven weeks as I had a calf injury and had to rest for 2 weeks but now all is ok. Now to enjoy my next run knowing I've done it.

Well done! Good that you carried on despite a couple of weeks off. I'm on my w8r3 r tomorrow so glad temp is due to be lower. Did you find w9 tough or had the previous weeks prepared you well enough?

It was quite difficult but I think it was mostly because it was so hot, it's only an extra 2 minutes so I think the previous runs was all geared up for this. I find some runs are easier than others not sure why?
