Hi I successfully finished week 5 but then have had a week off because things have been very busy and now going camping for the weekend. Should I just carry on as normal with week six on Monday? Or go back to week five?

I’d try W6R1 and see how you get on, you may surprise yourself 😊

Great thanks both. I was really bummed to miss out this week. Several days I had plans to run but then something for work came up and just lost my grip. Back to it Monday!

Week 6 Run 1 is intervals rather than one long run, so you should be fine to pick back up there - it’ll ease you back in a bit more gently.

I’m off on holiday next week, and i’m thinking of trying to find a treadmill there so I can keep up with the programme - I never thought that would happen!!!

I’d just finished week 3 and went on holiday so, posted the same question when I got back. I followed the advice and, carried on - it was really fine so, carry on! Good luck
