After my rubbish r3 of w3 i have been getting very worried about week 4 and had it in my head if I can't complete it just try again on Friday. Well up this morning had a coffee (think I was trying to delay the run ) and off I went still thinking just do what you can first 3 minutes not bad at all first 5 minutes i just kept telling myself keep it slow and steady the second 3 minutes the aching kicks in but the final 5 minutes omg I actually did it when I heard I was on my last minute I couldn't stop smiling and even carried on just a few extra seconds just to get to the top of the slight hill I was on so so happy I've done it πŸ’ͺ😁

I also ran wk4 run 1 yesterday eve and was worried I wouldn’t manage it too. But yes, like you I dug in and did it! My legs were like jelly on the 5 minute cool down walk. But hey, I’m looking forward to Thursdays run! Congrats to you too

Well done I am at the same stage as you I have no stamina whatsoever and it’s frightening to think I will let myself down. My problem is that I am on 4 long days 12.5 hours shifts on the bounce and I really want to do it but not sure if I can after my shifts my last run was Monday so I feel I must try it tonight when I get home I don’t want to long a gap and Saturday would be too long a gap I think. So I will try tonight.

You have spurred me on to do it thank you x

Good luck. Thinking of you

Well done! It is amazing how we keep surprising ourselves - I think the moral is just keep at it! Good work.

Boom! There it is.

Rubbish run? They’re not all great, but that run still helped your muscles build, your fuelling systems become more efficient, and get your head in it by annoying you. Put all that together and you kick the next run’s ass.

You got this!
