Actually graduated 10 days ago and took this long to celebrate- seriously I am so amazed that at the age of 57 I have done this without drama or excess pain. I’ve always been a swimmer and never thought of myself as a runner so this is huge for me- so all I need now is advice about what next! Another app to get me to 10k maybe...??
