Well I've completed the dreaded wk5r3 and about 13min extra ! Here's why . I useually use the podcast but decided to make my own playlist and use the new app on my I phone , all was well after 5 min warm up walk , Laura says she's with me & will let me know how far I've gone start running . That's last I heard from her ! I'm running to my playlist & after a while I'm thinking surely I've been running longer than 5min , after about ten min I knew I was on my own , so I kept running. & running then , wait for it , end of playlist there's 14 tunes on it ! But I kept on going for safe measure about another 3 or 4 min , I've totalled it & as you can guess ran quite a bit over 20 min . Ooh I feel as fit as a butchers dog , can't believe I've done it . My ankle isn't happy though. , knees fine , now it's right ankle .

Well done! I saw someone else post similar...I did the same, but I just turned Laura of completely and winged with a playlist...it's a good feeling! Well done!
She went all quiet on me too during my 20minute run when I used the app, but then switched herself back on - I'd ran for 10minutes (was keeping track on mapmyrun) and then Laura suddenly came back and said that I had run for 5!! It was sooo frustrating, and made me feel a little disheartened and cheated actually, but cheered myself up by thinking sod it, I'll just run for longer then, which I did! I am always paranoid now about her going silent on me though, the app is a great idea but seems a little unpredictable
I'm sticking to podcast now , I could have still been running now , lol if playlist hadn't ended ,
Well done, that's such a great achievement. I haven't changed from the podcast yet and I think I'll see it through to the end now.
