Week 6 completed in the land that 3G forgot (or Norfolk)

As above, we went on holiday for a glorious week of sunshine but unfortunately someone forgot to tell the weather and we got howling wind, grey skies and rain. Oh well can't win them all. I did run 2 on Sunday morning on Sheringham sea front in a howling gale. I planned to get the final run done on Tuesday but it was gale force winds and sideways rain, I eventually made it out on Thursday, Running around Sheringham in my shorts when anyone with any sense had their winter coats on, it was bracing.

My schedule is completely shot now but will try to get started on week 7 and back in to the routine again ASAP.
