Get your head organised as that’s the only thing that will stop you. The program has trained your body but you need to believe it before you set off. You CAN do it.
Clare you can do this 👏👊👏. I felt exactly the same week 5 run 3. (Although W6R3 is an extra 5 mins) I was worried about running for 20 mins without intervals. The thing that helped me was when Michael Johnson said to relax and to make sure you pace yourself during the run....next thing I knew, I was into the last 5 mins and felt good about it. I am using this feeling going into week 6 run 3, which is a run away from me. Good luck tomorrow Clare, hope you put it in the bag!!! 😄
