Missed my 28 minute wk8 run 3..... literally got to 25 mins and felt like I was going to be sick.... haven’t slept well and don’t think I was hydrated enough....i’ll try it again on Wednesday 🤷♀️🤷♀️

Just a thought, and I know you're much younger than some of us, but you are running quite fast. If you are having a difficult run try slowing down...... a lot.
There are no rules as such and the end objective is just to run for 30 minutes regardless of distance. I've just come back from a slow 3.5K run.
Having said that, there is nothing wrong with repeating runs until you are happy with them.
And of course, don't be disappointed. Look back at what you've achieved so far.
I don't think Paula Radcliffe would be disappointed with that pace - no wonder you were cream crackered
I set up a pace thingy on my phone to help. I was surprised how much it slowed me down but now I can go for much longer. The tortoise not a hare 😉
Oh no what a shame! ☹️ But never mind, treat the run as extra fitness training, go back out there next time and smash that run! Make sure you hydrate plenty next time! 💪😀👏
