Does anyone use a running vest/backpack?

I run with a small (16 litre) backpack. Inside it I have the following:

Wallet with a little money and my travel pass, phone, headphones, house keys, buff and a 500ml bottle of water.

It’s sort of ok, but on longer runs it bounces about a lot and the straps begin to move around. I've seen other runners with specialist packs that are designed for running. I found one on Amazon that looks ok..

Does anyone use something like this? What do you think?

They gave me one for Xmas, don’t like it, never used it. I put my keys in my pocket, phone in the arm holder, earphones plugged in. In the holder l also put some cash and the drivers license so l can be easily identified if l end in a ditch with foamy mouth. And l don’t carry water. ;)

I often run away from home - get a train or bus to somewhere I fancy having a run - hence I need all that junk 😂

I send a Strava text to DH in case of the ditch/foamy mouth situation!

I have a flip belt, which would probably hold everything that you have except the water. It comes with a teeny bottle of water but if you need more you could hold that separately.

I use a bum bag with 2 water carriers, can fit phone keys and money in and gels if needed on a longer run, got mine from amazon, don’t run without it now, can’t get on with the arm straps so this is a good alternative 👍🏻
