So disappointed in myself tonight! That last 5 mins caught me out tonight had to walk for a minute I was exhausted šŸ˜© but on a plus the first 5 min run I managed that on a slight incline so thinking thatā€™s the culprit for the fail on the second one fingers crossed šŸ¤ž x

Iā€™ve been there and know how it feels. About 10 mins after the run you want to kick yourself! Donā€™t beat yourself up.. donā€™t forget youā€™re not competing with anyone just setting your own goals. I personally felt that I wouldnā€™t move on from a run unless I completed in full. Did take me 2 whole weeks to complete Week 4, but felt really good about going into Week 5 once I did it.

Thanks for that I did think it may be a good idea to do this week twice and Iā€™m trying to also push myself to run up hills so far Iā€™ve managed to keep my runs for flats or downhills and mainly walk the inclines.

Never feel like a failure!

Iā€™ve just done W4R1 and it almost finished me, waiting for the prompt to walk made me feel like Iā€™d been running for 10 mins not 5 ! The urge to walk was strong! Lol

I'm week 7 and I can tell you that I found week 4 & 5 the toughest of all.

Well tonight was a different day all together I managed the first 3 runs pretty comfortably that last 5 minute run is a serious slog but I got there šŸ˜Š
