Back after 56 days....

So those who know me realise I broke my arm on June 4th as I was coming to the end of week 6.

I had hoped to be running earlier but due to some complications I'm now back after 56 days.😉

I was however wondering where to start back so I just decided to warm up run and warm down when I was do e.

1st run back 2.76 miles in 39 20. Some walking and a 3 min warm up? But didn't count the warm down. Chuffed to bits. Gonna go back to alternate days for a while doing this and if all ok pick up week 7 at a layer date.

I am however officially back

Safe running peeps

Kerry

Well done on your return. I've just completed W3 after having returned from a six-month lay off due to a torn achilles. I'm sure you'll get back into it no matter where you restart. It's great to be back ;)
