Week 7 run 1....done!

Thanks everyone for your help and advice at my week 6 run 3 fail! I redone the run on Wednesday and completed week 7 run 1 this morning. Found it really difficult but I did manage! Can’t actually believe it!

I remember those first weeks when I was desperate for the 60 second run to be over!
