Bit nervous but did it! w6R3

So this is the run where I tore my calf muscle 3 months ago and so felt very nervous doing the 25min run ... but all good and I’m feeling tired but elated.

FYI my injured calf was because I was running in new shoes and they were completely wrong for me( I pronate my right foot). Changed shoes and very happy ( and relieved 😅)

Totally understand feeling a tad nervous about history repeating itself, but obviously lightning never strikes twice (especially after you got the correct and snazzy new shoes).

Roll on week 7, have faith, you can do it!

Well done! Your next three runs are the same again (1 x 25 mins) so a good opportunity to consolidate.
