To Repeat or Not?

Was away at xmas-no access to gym or childcare-back home now & gyms here limited hours due to new year hols.... So not done anything (apart from eat & drink😜) since 23 Dec when I completed week 5.... So question is on Tuesday do i repeat week 5 or go for week 6?

Personally I'd drop back a week and redo a run or two from w4. I doubt you'll have lost much fitness during the Christmas break but it's better for the confidence to be able to complete a run easily than to attempt the next one and be unable to complete it. Good luck what ever you decide to do :)

You'd probably be fine for week 6, but as AM says, the confidence pickup is nice if you go back a week.

Agree, perhaps repeat a little bit. I'd do week 5 again, as it starts gently and then ramps up at the end.

U guys have confirmed my 'gut' instinct to repeat week 5, starting Tuesday & then spin wed, swim thurs & next run on sat..... Plan!

I agree with everyone above. It'll probably make you feel more confident if you repeat a week.
