W8 R1 - constant stitch!

Hey! So just complete week 8 run 1 today and I had a constant stitch most of the way through. It moved around to different parts of my abdomen and got so intense at times I had to walk instead of run! I have had stitches in the past but usually with a few deep breathes they go away pretty quick. Any advice? I don’t think I did anything differently today than in previous runs so not sure why this happened! I don’t want to have to switch from running to walking if I can avoid it :(

You could be dehydrated?

Hydration is a big cause, there are others.

Yeah I slowed down but it didn’t help so I ended up walking, hopefully next time it happens slowing down before walking helps. I already wear non wired bras, much comfier as you say 😊 fingers crossed it doesn’t happen again!
