So after 8 (or more) weeks of following this program, I am starting to see my legs muscles a teeny wee more toned now than they were in W1. I'm not overweight but I'm 50 and I was getting quite soft.
I'm happy with the health gain but seeing physical changes would also help to keep going. It also helps my moods, but it doesn't last for long, I sometimes feel like I should be running every day to keep out of the depression loop.
I'm interested to know if and when did you start to reap the gains of running regularly?
