So I start week three this week... found 90seconds hard.. how on earth am I going to do 3 minutes running??? Any tips greatly received!

Same old same old! Start slow get slower. You can do it. I've just managed week 4 run 1 (2 five minute runs included) and was very apprehensive. Just remember all of advice about slow is good. Also lots of hydration especially on rest days. I also use slow to medium pace music like "I Can't Dance" by Genesis. You will do it, just trust the program and think slow.
John.. thank u! Very wise words! I usually listen to the radio when I go out but I think I’ll download an album so that it keeps me on pace as with the radio you never know what’s coming on next. I think I need to hydrate as today’s run (finish week 2) was hard but I didn’t drink much yesterday.. thanks again and I’ll let u know how it goes on Wednesday! X
I felt the same way but just did my first 20 min run on Saturday. Think positive because you 100% can do it.
I found it tough going from running seconds to running minutes until I changed 90 seconds to a minute and a half. The program is tried and tested and you’ll totally do it!
Slow, slow, slow-slow, slow... ( no quick-quick)
It works and in this heat.. really works Just relax and put one foot gently in front of the other
