Ok so I have completed 3 runs of wk 3 but each time I have not been able to complete the last 3 min run- there’s no way I can move to week 4 yet. I breezed wk 1+2... feel like I have hit a wall! Help! 😥

I'm at a similar point to you. I do now understand It's really ok to repeat a week until you nail it (and you definately will nail it! But just maybe some weeks 3 runs isn't quite enough). Once we start this journey is easy to get impatient rather than just look at how far you have come. Don't beat yourself up!

Well done.

Don't worry, if you do not complete a run, then repeat it. No need to repeat the whole week. Each workout is building your stamina, even if you do not complete it, so no run is wasted.

Are you running slow enough? Can you hold a clear ungasping conversation as you run? If not, you are going too fast.

It is all laid out in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Try running slower. Just a suggestion. Speed comes later. Think of going for a jog not a run unless you are speedy Gonzales.

I’m on week four, and pace really is key. Struggled a little at first, but once I found the pace that I could cope with, I found it relatively easy to fall into that rhythm for each run. Keep going, but maybe a little slower..

I had a similar week 3, thought I was going to expire towards the end of the 3 minute run but, with some encouragement, decided to crack on with w4r1. I was surprised that I managed it without too much stress. Don’t fret about having a poor week your fitness is coming. Take it gently..
