I did it! W9R3 completed today. Forgot to turn Strava on so I dont know how far I ran, but I ran for full 30 mins. It wasnt easy but I dont feel 100%, tired, achy legs and generally a bit under the weather but I was determined to do it today so I chose a completely flat route and did it whilst my dog was at groomers for half an hour so I was on a time limit. So pleased I finished the programme and I will carry on running, although will go back to 20 mins run for a bit until I enjoy a greater percentage of the run. Right now I have only been enjoying the middle bit!

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE πŸŽ“ πŸƒπŸΎ next to your username leave a message on the March graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduatedπŸŽ“πŸ˜Š

By all means go back to 20 minutes runs before you go onto the Bridge 210K training course

Congratulations on completing Couch to 5k! πŸ’ͺπŸ˜€ Such a great achievement and such a good feeling, isn't it? Of course where you take your running now is up to you but if you do stay at even one 30 min run a week, you will find that it starts to feel more comfortable, especially if you drop your pace a little too.

Be aware though, the first 10 minutes or so of a run always feel hard, I 'm afraid! 😩It's known as the Toxic 10 and is often discussed on here. It's actually a physiological process we all go through, whatever distance we run. The distance, however does get easier, I promise! Good luck!πŸ™‚
