I made it to W9 did not think I would get hear, so proud of my self 😁did my first run on the treadmill no problem did 4k so should I go faster, to get to 5k on next run.

Well done on getting to Week 9! Only 3 runs left but you are really racking up the running times now. It's 1.5 hours this week alone, and the entire programme is only about 8.5 hours! If you feel like you can go faster, and have no aches and pains, perhaps do the next run at the usual pace until you know for sure you can go faster for the final 5 minutes. If you start going faster at the start and run out of legs or puff you may be disappointed or disheartened. Keep enjoying it and run for tomorrow :)

Well done.

To be honest, you are not going to suddenly find an extra kilometre to fit into your half hour over the next few runs. Just keep your pace steady. Speed comes in time.
