12 yo daughter and I graduated yesterday. Still smiling and can’t quite believe if! Now to keep it up while she’s away for the next 3 weeks ..

Haha very definitely... our last run was a park run. I stayed at her pace throughout and the monkey sped up and whizzed over the finish line ahead of me!!! Revenge will be mine!!

My twelve year old thinks that’s funny too! Despite being a proud dad that she’s got that in the tank, one day she’s having a heavy breakfast after daddy got up early and had some light carbs 😂😂

That’s a plan!! I am so chuffed that for the first time she was proud of herself (struggles with self esteem) I will let it go ... this once only!!!!

It sure does. Couldn’t run for a bus on 13th May and can now run for 30 mins and completed a park run with maybe 4/5 mins of walking 😊. So proud!!
