I posted yesterday about how slow I felt and that I was worried about the distance rather than how much time I was running. Well, today I decided no matter how far I ran, I was just going to focus on that I ran for 30 minutes. In those 30 minutes, I ran 3.7 km. After I started cooling down for about a minute or 2, I decided I wanted to finish the 5k no matter how long it took me. People could probably walk faster than I was running but you know what? I finished that 5k! Even finished at 5.1k and I'm proud of it! I'm a graduate!!
