Can't quite believe it but I just ran for 25 mins flat. I had energy to add in some welly as Laura suggested in the last minute. It feels like I'm finally finding my stride. Thanks for all your advice and support 👟

You are flying along ;) Just keep this up and you'll soon be at week 9. You've cracked the hard bit now. Congratulations.

Well done Yvette! Sounds like you're doing really well! How did you find the rest of week 6? I've just done r2 and have found both runs this week absolute stinkers, so I'm doubting my ability to do r3.

I also found w6 runs 1&2 heavier going but as others also found this I wasn't too surprised and kept faith that run 3 would be successful. And it was!

W6R2 was my worst run of the whole programme and it seems like a lot of others here have had similar experiences - so don't worry about it too much! Give R3 a go and you'll probably surprise yourself, I loved it after the horrors of R2!

Thanks guys - I'm a bit achy this morning but I guess that's the "trophy" from last night's efforts

Well done Yvette, that should give you confidence with the rest of the programme. I did the same run yesterday, doesn't it feel great to have achieved it!
