W9R3 - smashed it!!

Absolutely buzzing after finishing my last run! I kept going for 5k which took me 40 mins 18 seconds (a whole minute and a half faster than my previous run). I'm still amazed that I've come this far.. I started this at the beginning of April and had never ran before in my life. I'm now celebrating with a boots meal deal and a fun afternoon in work Anyone who has any doubts, keep going!! I'm looking forward to making running a regular part of my life, and embracing all the lurid lycra that comes with it!! Julie
