Well that was easier than run 1 of this week. Beginning to agree with many of the excellent posts on this site that it’s a lot about mind over matter. I actually ran slightly faster than usual for the last 5 minutes -although my fastest running is probably slower than many people’s walking! Slightly worried that this was the final run in the programme where I will have a walking break but actually I’ve already achieved so much more than I could have dreamt of five weeks ago so I need to believe I can do this too!

Going slowly is the best way to tackle this programme 😃👍
Congrats on the great run!! I also just finished w6r2 today and agree with you that it was much easier the w1. I ran my 2nd mile 7 seconds faster then my first so pretty even splits. Well off to r3 friday👍
Congrats to you too cheeseheads. Impressed that you’re timing yourself- might have to give that a go for the next run. Good luck for Friday- that’s my r3 day too 😊

Fantastic Beanjo! You’re doing really well here! I’m not sure I felt any of W6 was great for me, but here you are going faster! Brilliant! You will have done what’s needed for W7! I thought the same, but it’s doable! Enjoy R3 and “Off you go!” (The MJ mantra) to W7! Enjoy!! 😁❤️
