I realised at the five minute run that the challenge is as much mental as physical. Wanted to stop but had a talk with myself... legs not tired or hurting, no blisters, breathing ok... it’s all in my head. Just pushed to keep going and did it!!!!!

I just this minute finished R1W4! I was very worried and it was tough. Just had to keep telling myself not to stop - although the urge was great but I did it and it has made me very happy 😃

Well done it is definitely mental and if you can get to grips with that now it will help you in the weeks to come. I am on week 8 and after 2 failed runs I did 28 mins last night just thinking positive non stop and about the end goal and achievement! Keep going good luck your doing great just think how far you have come!
