Took Ripcurlrana71 's suggestion from a while back and used wk1r1 as an interval session running flat out on the run sections and slow jog on walk sections. Was really good fun and made the time pass quickly. Only 20 mins running time but sweating like a sweaty thing by the end! And it was nice hearing old MJ's dulcet tones ππββοΈ

How things progress. I barely managed that first run and was determined not to be beaten. And now weβre looking at it as an opportunity to jog/sprint!

About 2.8k so not far. Tbh could probably have been ok to jog the warm up and cool down for extra time but wanted a quick run anyway.
Hmm and Iβm slower than you. And have to do a 2.5k tomorrow...

Course you could...you're super speedy anyway. You're only pushing the speed for 1 minute and that doesn't feel anywhere near as long as in week one!
