This morning I went out for my first run after spraining my ankle on my W9R3 which has been so frustrating. Took it steady and did a 4K run - didn't want to push it to 5k.

2 weeks but am not planning to run until Thursday to double check no aches and pains come back.

Oh I’ve got a bit longer cos I sprained ligaments AND chipped my ankle bone too

Oh no that sounds painful. Silly thing with mine, I must of turned it but can't remember doing it.
