Did Wk9R3 this morning before it got too hot. For me Wk5 was the hardest and I was reassured to see others thought so too. Once through that I knew that if I just kept going I would be okay and concentrated on getting a steady pace. I watched Andy Clayton's videos on Youtube and he gave me confidence to trust the program as it does work. I am so happy that I can go out for runs now.
