Best not to. Your leg muscles really need the day to recover before you run again.

The rest day is really important. Your legs need to properly recover. One whole day not running. 😎
The “weeks” of the program do not end up aligning with the weeks of the month. You need rest days between runs, and life sometimes just gets in the way. The actual program may take you as few as 9 weeks or as long as 15. Let your body be the guide. Happy running!

The other have already said it. I was tempted to skip rest days too at the beginning, but they’re built into the programme for a reason.

Well decided to do the last run of week 4 at 5 o’clock this morning and on grass it was a bit wet now start week 5 Tuesday
