I say this the start of every week, I don't know if I can do this, I think this will be the one that beats me. At least this one is on the flat today plus it cooled down from last week. I got breakfast early too so my stomach is settled. Got to be positive. I CAN do this.

The first few minutes are the hardest I find personally---then it gets more enjoyable. Good luck. Well done for getting to week 4
Just got in and yes I did it. It was colder than I expected my arms were really cold. The first 3 minutes my legs felt heavy but again once I found the rhythm it was OK. I was a step up but I kept going. I saw someone else out running today and it made me smile, they looked at me like I was nuts. I felt a real sense of achievement today and rewarded myself with a big piece of cake and a coffee.
You will be fine - just take it really slowly and gently, and keep your feet in "running" mode until the end of each run. You will be amazed at what you can achieve!
Ha ha your like me I ve got wk 4 tomorrow and am convinced I can't do it it seems a big step but as every one says go slow and then slower!
Yes you can and you did - I'm also on week 4 did run 2 today outside and had been dreading it due to the hills but managed them by slowing right down and just chugging on!! 😀
