Perhaps you are running just a bit too fast Runrabbitrunrun, don't just yet run like a rabbit, that comes later after you graduate, then you can perhaps speed up a bit, but now just do the runs at a slow easy pace, perhaps then you might not be so tired and your legs will not be so sore, no harm in repeating any runs,

That’s the thing thou, I’m like the slowest runner in the world, to be honest I wouldn’t even say I’m running 😅😅

Slow it if you can... you did the last run, your legs are ready... they may grumble at you but they can do it. Believe and relax, slow start then slow it down a bit... dig deep, tell yourself you can.... it’s there inside you, let it out... tell the doubting you to shut up and leave you alone.

You maybe - like I did - think you are running slowly :)

Try this before reverting to w3 - your challenge is to run w4d1 as SLOWLY AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE :)

Do it without breaking into a "walking step" - trust me, it isn't easy at all and you will learn a lot from it about how you, as an individual, run.

Plus - it's hard to but lots of fun.

Wishing you many happy miles in your future ☺

Hi Runrabbitrunrun. I repeated week 1 three times before progressing

Can you get a 'run buddy' to join you?

It helps you keep a pace where you are running (or shuffling energetically if you please) but can maintain a conversation.

You have already come a long way from week 1 runs

Do what feels right for you. You'll know when you're ready to move on. 😸

Not what you're looking for?
