Smashed it!

20 minute run done Wk 5 Run 3 Thanks to the playlists, the trainer advice and the encouragement. One of my most challenging mornings - nothing to do with the running - I’m on Cub Camp they were up at 530 - later for Cubs. My running buddy was very interested in the loose sheep! And I abandoned the other leaders to run - excellent!!

And I’ve just done mine. I really didn’t think I was going to make the jump from running 8 minutes to 20 but all the advice on here is great and I’ve smashed it. Feel fantastic- especially as 5 weeks ago I was only just managing to run for a minute!
