Did my last consolidation run this morning before starting the 10 is the magic number plan next week. Managed 35 minutes and set 3 personal bests including upping my pace by nearly 30 seconds per km! Had a lot of successes this week both in weight loss and running so I’m feeling particularly smug and looking forward to the next challenge 😁

You sound like you're going from strength to strength. I too am starting the Magic 10 but am incorporating my consolidation runs into it. I'm doing the time version. Hopefully I am going to manage. Nothing ventured nothing gained?
I’m doing the time version as well, have not quite hit 5k yet but it’s getting closer all the time. I’m really looking forward to being able to run for an hour 👍
