A sore achilles tendon and accompanied tight calf made me rest up for a week. This morning I wound the dial back a couple of runs and repeated W6R1, the 5/8/5min run.

Glad I did tbh as my legs felt heavy for the first 5mins. Much better in the 8,but tired in the last 5.

A beautiful morning, with a bit of mist after last night's rain. Good to be back out again.
