Just finished week 3 run 3 and feeling great. Through circumstances i had a couple of extra rest days and i was dreading the impact it may have had. Turns out (as per usual) there was nothing to worry about! Its funny realising the mental barriers you put up before a run yet imediately afterwards the satisfaction and sense of achievement is brilliant.
3 weeks ago i couldnt complete the first run at all without stopping but now I'm about to face a full 5 minutes next time!!
