Week six run three in the bag

I did it but it was hard work. Didn't feel that runs one and two this week had quite prepared me. Still, I suppose going from 20 mins running to 25 mins is quite a big percentage increase. Am just going to dig in next week!

Well done! You're 2 weeks ahead of me. I felt very ploddy doing week 4 (busy week at work and I was tired).

I know what you mean about ploddy. And work definitely takes its toll at times. I think we just have to keep going and enjoy the progress!

Well done! W6R3 onwards is a bit of a slog, I won't lie, but you will feel so satisfied as you tick off each run.

Thanks! I like the honest take on things. Still, no pain, no gain (or loss, ha!).

Well done- tough runs make the runner! You probably made more progress on that one hard run that on two easy ones!
