Started week 3 today! Was tough but I did both the 3 minutes. It’s nice that there’s only 4 running sections to dread now ;). Can’t believe I’ve made it this far! When I started I could barely run 60 seconds and now 3 mins in a row! Today was slightly cooler as well - some clouds 😍

Congrats! You'll be surprised how quickly your fitness improves, you'll be smashing 5min and 8min runs in a couple of weeks!
