I did this run this morning . Lovely calm flat river to run beside . Found it hard , first 5 mins were really long and had to have a 20 second walk at 15 mins . But did those 20 seconds at end . Then Jo said i'm a superhero 😁 i think i may have a treat later🍷Looked ahead at W7 ...that is the end of walk/ runs ...all runs now ....OMG
