Final Week!!

I can’t quite believe I’m on the final week. Just back from W9 R1. Felt amazing. I was a little apprehensive as it’s been two days since my last run and I’ve been running every other day since returning from IC a few weeks ago. But it felt great. Will do R2 on Thursday then I’ll have two days rest before my graduation run at the FROME 5K on Sunday - eek!!

Wow, how exciting! Great timing your graduation run with a 5k. I’m not confident enough to sign up for a 5k yet. I’m currently doing about 3.6k in 28 mins, so it may take me a while. Best of luck for the weekend!!! 😀

Thank you!! I signed up for the 5k when I started the plan. It gave me added motivation 👍. I just hope the weather cools down a little on Sunday 🤞🏻
