I think we can rest assured that we’ll be back to running in the drizzle soon. I keep having flashbacks to 1976 when it was so hot we hid under the chairs at school sports day to avoid the sun and my uncle and aunt from Logroño were utterly baffled as they’d been led to believe England would be green.
I’m actually finding it easier in a way to be running the whole time than starting and stopping. First time my legs have aches after a run today which surprised me, usually just a dull ache in one calf which goes over time.
