R1 Wk7 second of my twenty five minute runs ,according to my garmin 3.1k and a pace that would mean 41 mins for 5k not to bad considering not to many weeks ago i struggled with 60secs of running. Finally think this 61 yr old is going to manage this challenge lol

What is lovely is that you’ve said what we all have been through - the 60 seconds I can remember thinking that it had to be easy and then when I tried it, oh how I was humbled and just a few weeks later you look at 60 seconds and smile wryly!

You will manage it, you’ve got this far.

good luck and happy running

I can so relate to that Martin1956! Looking back I could not have ever imagined I could run for 25 mins! Doing my first 28 mins tomorrow! Wish me luck! Xx
