W11R2 - Another 5K and all ready for park run

2 days break and then the run day, that’s working for me. Another 5K earlier today and also managed to cut down 8secs on average pace from last 5K run.

I’ve registered for my local park run, so this Saturday I’m going for my first park run ever. I’m so excited 😊

I’ll keep running 5K for another week or two then will either move to C25K + podcasts or to Juju’s 10k plan. I’ll look out when is JuJu’s next virtual batch of runners are starting.

Good going so far and I’m happy with my runs!

I’m still discovering new things about my body with each run and the best part is I’m currently enjoying running 😀

Well done you!!! You are amazig!! Park runs are brill! I haven’t been to my local park run for the two weeks. I miss it!! Plus am suffering actually running alongside my plan with childcare, etc. The heat is unbearable. Will get there eventually x

Yes the heat is unbearable during the runs otherwise I’m not complaining about the hot weather, we rarely get 2 weeks of uninterrupted sunshine 🌞
