2 days break and then the run day, that’s working for me. Another 5K earlier today and also managed to cut down 8secs on average pace from last 5K run.
I’ve registered for my local park run, so this Saturday I’m going for my first park run ever. I’m so excited 😊
I’ll keep running 5K for another week or two then will either move to C25K + podcasts or to Juju’s 10k plan. I’ll look out when is JuJu’s next virtual batch of runners are starting.
