Im finding that although each run is more daunting than the last. Partly because they're longer and partly because I don't want to fail, fall, skip a session or even injure myself. I also don't feel that I have to psych myself up as much to commence or complete the run. I'm more confident that if I start, I'll finish.
If luck and resilience prevail, I'll be graduating 2 weeks on Friday!!!

Of course you will - if you’ve just done W7, your almost home and dry! Just don’t rush it, take your rest days and just push a little more at the end of the run you can already do.
Congrats on completing week 7 mate - well done 👏👏👏
It’s a time and experience thing. Your body is giving you confidence and that will continue as you run more. You will come to know of what you are capable. There are so many here that never thought we would be able to complete the programme but did, and I am sure you will be no different 😊👍😊
