So I got up and out early for attempt no.3 of Week 7, Run 3. And did it! Four days ago my blood sugar levels drppped so I aborted the run. Then two days ago it was scorching by the time I’d set off and I only managed the first mile. Which incidentally is what started me on this challenge as I’d been feeling so unfit & miserable at letting my 8 yr old down on his Sport Relief mile.
Only downside is that it’s confirmed that my fabulous new comfy running shoes seem to be sloping inwards on my left foot so I’ll be returning them/it to store. The right is perfect 😕
